Welcome to Delta4’s “DeltaFour Custom Functions” add-on for Google Workspace™. By using this add-on, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use this service.
By installing and using the DeltaFour Custom Functions add-on, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not install or use the add-on.
DeltaFour Custom Functions provides users with enhanced spreadsheet functionality, such as custom formulas for data manipulation and web content retrieval. The service operates entirely within the Google Workspace environment. Delta4 is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or consequences of the data processed using the add-on.
As a user of the DeltaFour Custom Functions add-on, you are responsible for ensuring that:
The DeltaFour Custom Functions add-on is provided as-is. Delta4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may impose limits on certain features or restrict access without notice or liability.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the Add-on, you agree to the data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy, including the collection of necessary data to operate the Add-on within Google Sheets™.
Delta4 retains all rights, title, and interest in the Task Automation Add-ons™, including intellectual property rights. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Add-ons without express permission from Delta4.
The Add-on operates within the Google Workspace environment and may interface with Google services. Your use of the Add-on is subject to Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or their data practices.
In no event shall Delta4 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Add-on. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, or inability to use the service.
Delta4 may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we update the terms, the effective date will be revised, and we will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Add-on after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Add-on without notice if you violate any terms of this agreement or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the service or other users.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Delta4 is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
